Hello, I’m Luke. I grew up in Billericay and I still live here, so when we walk around your home and talk about who is likely to buy it, I’m not reading it off a portal — I know the roads, the schools, the train times and what buyers in this pocket of Essex actually ask for.
I deliberately look after a small number of clients at any one time. That is the whole point of how I work. It means the person who values your home is the person who markets it, does your viewings, negotiates your offer and picks up the phone when you ring — every time.
Most agencies are built around listing volume and monthly targets. Mine is built around the handful of moves I’m looking after right now, and making each of them feel calm and well handled.
